Hey there and welcome to your 1:1 coaching!
I am SO excited that you are here because this is where your current routine levels up and is taken up a notch.
We’re going to be tracking your workouts — reps, weights, all the little wins that add up to serious progress.
We’ll also track your body’s changes through measurements, your rep ranges and weights, the scale if you want, how your clothes are fitting and most importantly how you feel.
Depending on your goals, we’ll do some fitness testing to see your strength and endurance skyrocket. Plus, we’ll be diving into simple easy to follow nutrition coaching to help things move along even faster.
I’ll be guiding you through every step of the way, but the magic happens cuz You’re in control. of your workouts, your food, and your results you’re about to achieve — and I already know you’re going to smash this.
I’ll be rolling things out gradually, so that you can focus on what matters most without feeling overwhelmed. One step at a time — so let’s build a body that’s strong, capable and always up for anything.
