Hey, I’m Regan

I’m a personal trainer, a busy mum of two, and a wife to the most incredible man. We’ve been together over 11 years and married nearly 7—and life with our little family is full, beautiful, and a little bit chaotic in the best way.

But our journey hasn’t been without deep pain.

I’ve experienced loss in ways that have shaped who I am today—
including losing my brother, and a 15-week pregnancy loss.

Those moments change you.

They shift your perspective, your priorities, and how you show up for your life.

And for me, they’ve become part of the reason I care so deeply about helping people feel good in their bodies again—
not perfectly… genuinely.

My Approach to Training

I’ve been a qualified Personal Trainer since 2017 and have worked with hundreds of women and men.

I know what works.
I know what wastes time.

And I know how to make training feel simple, supportive, and effective.

Because you don’t need more pressure or extremes—
you need structure, guidance, and something you can actually stick to.

What I Focus On

I specialize in strength training, Pilates, and resistance-based methods that go beyond just “burning calories.”

This is about helping your body actually respond.

So you can:
• feel stronger in your body
• feel more energized in your day
• feel more confident and like yourself again

What I Believe

You don’t need a gym.
You don’t need to start over.
And you don’t need to rely on motivation.

You need a way of training that fits your life,
supports your body,
and helps you move forward—consistently.
