CLASS SCHEDULE
MONDAY 9:15 AM – ABS & BOOTY EXPRESS (30 MINS)
Sculpt, Strengthen & Start Your Week Strong.
This isn’t just a quick core and glutes session.
It’s your kickstart to a high-energy week. A fast, fiery, focused class that’ll switch on your body and boost your mood in 30 powerful minutes.
Perfect for:
✓ Busy mornings, building definition, and feeling the burn (in the best way).
WEDNESDAY 5:40 PM – TOTAL BODY (50 MINS)
Build Strength. Feel Powerful. Leave Proud.
A full-body sweat session that hits every muscle and leaves you walking taller — mentally and physically. Expect high vibes, strong lifts, and the “OMG I did that” energy that carries into everything else.
Perfect for:
✓ Smashing your midweek workout, releasing stress, and proving to yourself what you're capable of.
WEDNESDAY 6:40 PM – PILATES EXPRESS (30 MINS)
Strengthen, Stretch & Align.
The perfect class to pair with Total Body. To build core strength, glute strength + to create lean toned muscle definition. You’ll be guided through movements that make you feel centered, strong and in control and finish the day craving more.
Perfect for:
✓ Creating long, lean muscles, winding down after a big day, and adding a mindful edge to your training.
SATURDAY 7:00 AM – PILATES (45 MINS)
Wake up, move with intention, and feel absolutely amazing. This class is full of energy, connection, and that delicious post-workout burn that lasts all weekend. (P.S. The Saturday crew often head to breaky together after – so come for the vibes too!)
